My favorite: “…welcoming and embracing people is art-form, and one of the (many) things I want to learn to do better!!”
You’re right – it’s an underrated art-form, and something most people would feel awkward about trying to learn. Often when someone says they want to learn something like that, it can sounds fake. Not like they don’t really want to learn, but like the welcome can just seem forced instead of genuine. I admire you for even admitting to want to learn. And I’m with you.
By the way, I clicked through from the comment you left at FlowerDust.
